We utilize secure, industry-standard third-party applications to run our studio pipeline. Your data is processed across these secure environments:
Stripe: All financial transactions are processed entirely through Stripe's secure checkout gateway. We do not store or collect your credit card data server-side.
Filepass: High-resolution audio files are uploaded losslessly and stored within our secure Filepass storage vault.
Cal.com: Creative consultations and project scheduling variables are managed through Cal.com interactive wrappers.
3. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain your personal data and project files only for as long as necessary to complete your ordered production workflow. Master files are preserved in our long-term archive folders as outlined in your signed client service agreement, but we maintain no liability for file recovery past project delivery.
